Read What Many Advisors Have Accomplished Bob Johnson In 1995 Robert Johnson and his partners decided to use worksite marketing as their main source of prospecting. At the time they started calling on employers they had approximately 25 million dollars under management. Two years after they started this approach they had tripled their revenues and began to hire additional staff to support all of the new clients they had developed. By 1999 over 75 businesses and organizations had signed up to have seminar presentations delivered, on site, through Robert's firm. As Robert and his partners approached the new millennium, their assets under management reached four hundred million dollars and are still growing. Virtually all of the new business came from presentations for employers and organizations throughout Minnesota. Today Robert has over 40 reps working in his financial planning practice. His future plans include retiring before he turns 50. He is well on his way to accomplishing that goal. Barb Hall Barbara Hall was a struggling part time financial advisor who needed to hold down a full time position as an outside sales rep with a pharmaceutical firm in order to pay the bills and provide for her family.
